It begins with offices in Birmingham this month

Academy streamlines its delivery of quality candidates
by affiliating its activities with The Financial
Training Academy. It wasn't going to be too long
before the demand for qualified financial services
staff began to be an overwhelming task. This prestigious
industry sector is suffering from a lack of qualified
personnel to fill an ever-growing list of professional
positions.
The Financial Recruitment Academy has now been
able to mastermind a unique partnership which allows
new and fresh graduates to enter the financial
services. This 'new blood' has not just got the
theory behind them, rather they have been subjected
to the real-life environment of working within
a heavily regulated industry. The Financial Training
Academy provides the relevant regulated and mandatory
training which includes CeMAP; CeFA; CertPFS; and
Cert CII (MP) amongst many other courses. They
then complement the training with Advanced Learning
courses such as the employer-led BTEC Advanced
Diploma in Competency for Mortgage Advice (CMA).
